ABC gave a script commitment to a contemporary dramedy remake of the 1985 feature film “St. Elmo’s Fire,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The Joel Schumacher Brat Pack film starred Emilio Estevez, Rob Lowe, Andrew McCarthy, Demi Moore, Judd Nelson, Ally Sheedy and Mare Winningham as a close group of new college grads trying to find their way in the world.
