At the Primetime Emmy Awards last night in Hollywood, actor Steve Carell was asked about Amy Ryan, who plays Michael’s occasional girlfriend Holly on NBC’s "The Office," according to Entertainment Weekly. Carell said the producers want Ryan back as a regular on the series.

The Oscar nominee ("Gone Baby Gone") is expecting her first child in October.
