The president of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Frank Radice, resigned Monday just prior to the organization’s annual News & Documentary Emmy Awards ceremony, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Radice, who held the position for less that a year, cited "significant differences between myself and management," the Reporter said, adding that  NATAS officials could not immediately be reached for comment.
