The Television Bureau of Advertising is forecasting that total spot revenue in 2010 will rise between 3.6% and 6.1% compared to this year, reports B&C.
Local spot revenue is forecast to rise by 1%-3%, with national spot revenue doing better, up an estimated 6%-12%.
