“Biggest Loser” trainer Jillian Michaels responded to a false advertising lawsuit filed against her by defending the diet supplement that carries her name, the Associated Press reports.

In a statement to the AP, Michaels said: "My reputation and credibility are of the utmost importance to me. This baseless lawsuit is entirely without merit and is being handled by my legal team." She also said that she stands behind all her products.

In her lawsuit, Christie Christensen claimed that "Jillian Michaels Maximum Strength Calorie Control" didn’t help her drop weight, as advertised. A second federal class-action lawsuit was filed Thursday against Michaels.

  1. Another fat broad who’s to lazy to do the exercise part of the program, too. Much easier to sit on the couch, and snack, while a lawyer is trying to get money for you. Didn’t it say ” money-back guarantee”. Don’t you just get your money back if it doesn’t work. I hate some people!

  2. Really riggarob! Maybe we are being fleeced by people that sell this crap knowing low self esteem people will use their last dollar to try it. The money back guarantee does not give you your money back it gives you a credit to use on another one of their useless products.
Try a little empathy instead of being a JERK!

  3. Dreamin. I love blogging. You all express your feelings the right way, because they are your feeling, focus on your blog it is great.

  4. I really like the colors here on your blog. did you design this yourself or did you outsource it to a professional?

  5. Love all the opinions expressed here! How is everyone? Love how everyone expresses whatr they feel 🙂
