A&E liked what it saw in the pilot "Sugarloaf" and is jumping back into the scripted drama waters with that cop drama, the network says.

Starring Matt Passmore, Kiele Sanchez and Carlos Gmez, production will commence shooting in Miami for a summer 2010 premiere.

The network has committed to 13 episodes of the show about a Chicago detective who is railroaded off the force and relocates in a small Florida town where he becomes the head of the police.

Fox Television Studios is producing the show for A&E Network
