Gosselin House Finally Sells—At a Loss

Feb 19, 2010  •  Post A Comment

The celebrity factor didn’t help Jon and Kate Gosselin when they tried to sell their house—or maybe that was the reason it languished on the market.

People.com reports that the Gosselins’ first house in Elizabethtown, Penn., where much of TLC’s “Jon & Kate Plus Eight” was shot, has finally sold after almost a year on the market.

The five-bedroom house went for $258,000, after being priced initially in March 2009 at $325,000. The selling price was $22,000 less than the Gosselins paid in 2006.

  1. Thanks for the Information, thanks for your useful Post. I will come back soon. Also great place for real estate information: sell your house quickly

  2. Thanks for your intriguing post.I’m sorry I can not add more to it as I’ve got no knowledge with real estate, but can you assist me as you seem just like a wealth of knowledge. If I market my own home without having a real estate agent, what exactly is my vulnerability to the liability to a customer? Say I market a residence that has known or unknown problems. What is the legal responsibility I’m exposed to, if this isn’t unveiled to the purchaser? I’m sure all states are unique, but I’m sure there are some common regulations. Particularly, I would like to know what Nebraska’s tend to be, if possible. Thanks in advance.
