White House State Dinner crashers Tareq and Michaele Salahi are being rewarded for their antics: They are front and center in Bravo’s “Real Housewives of D.C.” expected to premiere in the summer, The Daily Beast reports.
The stunt cost presidential Social Secretary Desiree Rogers her job, and the Salahis were summoned to answer questions before Congress but refused.
Daily Beast cites sources who say all 12 episodes of the season have been shot. Bravo had been trying to keep the show under wraps but Time Warner Cable sales spilled the beans by announcing ‘advertising opportunities” around the show.
Bravo wouldn’t comment “beyond the fact that we’re doing the show and the production process continues.”
