Citadel Communications and DirecTV resolved their differences and struck a retransmission deal, which will keep the stations on DirecTV, B&C reports.

The three stations — two ABC affiliates (WOI in Des Moines, KLKN in Lincoln, Nebraska) and one CBS affiliate (WHBF in Davenport, Iowa) — had been slated to end transmission on the satellite TV service at midnight on April 1, B&C says. Both Citadel and DirecTV said the new deal is fair for both companies.
