MyNetworkTV unveiled its fall primetime schedule, with cable hits "Monk" and "Without a Trace" taking lead roles, B&C reports.
Another major show in its lineup, as previously reported, will be "Burn Notice."
"Monk" will be aired in a double-run slot on Friday evenings, bumping out WWE’s "Friday Night Smackdown." "Smackdown" was skipped over because MyNetworkTV didn’t want to pay a reported $30 million for the program, B&C says, and will move to cable’s Syfy.
"Burn Notice" will be airing in a double-run on Wednesday evenings. On Thursday, MyNetworkTV’s weakest evening, "Without a Trace" will replace its Thursday night movie. Monday and Tuesday evenings will be sticking with their programming of double-runs of "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" and a game show block, respectively.
