Academy Award nominee Gabourey Sidibe has a deal to host an episode of "Saturday Night Live," E! Online reports.

E! Online adds it’s not yet known which week she’ll host, although the next several shows are already booked with hosts ranging from Tina Fey to Betty White.

Sidibe has also landed a recurring role on Showtime’s "The Big C," which stars Laura Linney as a teacher dealing with cancer and Sidibe as one of her students. Sidibe also made a very funny appearance on E!’s "The Soup," the publication adds.
