Former Major League Baseball player and manager Keven Kennedy, currently broadcasting for the Tampa Bay Rays, was part of a group of men who jumped in to subdue an agitated passenger on a cross-country Delta Airlines flight, reports Mediaite.com.

The man, Stanley Sheffield, tried to get into the cockpit during the Los Angeles-to-Florida flight last Friday, but was downed by other passengers in the first-class section of the plane, including Kennedy.
