Turner Broadcasting is welcoming a new executive to the company today to be Vice President, Comedy Development at TBS, the company has announced

She’s Kathryn Ann Busby, who has had stints as SVP of production at New Line Cinema, SVP-head of development at Carsey-Werner, and director of comedy development at Universal Television.

Most recently Busby has been serving as supervising producer for the pilot of "The Aisha Tyler Show."

Busby " [I]s based in Los Angeles and reports to Lillah McCarthy, senior vice president of original programming for TBS and TNT," the announcement said.
