NBC Planning ‘Heroes’ Finale for 2010-11 Midseason?

NBC’s "Heroes" is more than likely done for this upcoming season, but NBC may give the show an actual finale with a partially midseason order, Deadline.com reports.

NBC could just cancel the show altogether, or a long-shot possibility could be a 13-episode midseason order. But, network executives are considering giving the show two-to-four hour-long episodes to wrap up the series, which would air at midseason.

Part of the reasoning is how much business the show does, despite the ratings. It’s the number one downloaded show overseas, and a big draw in international sales.

  1. I still love Heroes, and I’ll miss it. But I will be happy to accept the consolation prize of a series wrapup as opposed to it just going away.
