A woman who appeared on MTV’s "Real World" has filed a $5 million law suit against the producers and the network claiming she was plyed with liquor and mocked for not agreeing to sex with one of the other participants on the show, reports the Hollywood Reporter.

The woman, Golzar Amirmotazedi, accuses Viacom, MTV and Bunim/Murray Productions of invasion of privacy, false light, disclosure of private facts and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

While most reality shows rely on strongly crafted liability waivers to avoid legal issues like this, Amirmotazedi claims she was too inebriated to legally sign a liability waiver.

The legal action was filed in Washington, D.C. Superior Court.
