Jun 17, 2010  •  Post A Comment

ABC in clearly not interested in quietly settling the lawsuit brought against it by fromer "Desperate Housewives" star Nicollette Sheridan, reports THR. Esq.

According to the report, "The network has hired Adam Levin, an employment litigation specialist at L.A.’s Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp who successfully defended Warner Bros. Television in the high-profile harassment claim filed by a writers’ assistant on ‘Friends.’ Levin has hit the ground running, serving requests for documents and detailed information on Sheridan and seeking to take her videotaped deposition as soon as possible, perhaps as early as August. ‘We intend to delve into the merits of her claims, all of which we strenuously dispute,’ Levin tells us. Sheridan’s litigation lawyers Mark Baute and Patrick Maloney did not return calls."

  5. Thanks for posting this article. I’m unquestionably frustrated with struggling to search out pertinent and rational comment on this subject. Everybody nowadays goes to the very far extremes to either drive home their viewpoint that either: everyone else in the planet is wrong, or two that everyone but them does not really understand the situation. Many thanks for your concise, applicable insight.
