Katalyst Media, the production company founded by Ashton Kutcher and Jason Goldberg, has signed a new, two-year overall deal with Warner Horizon Television, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

Katalyst will created unscripted shows for the alternative programming studio, and the deal comes after the 10-year old company had previously signed an overall deal at 20th Century Fox TV and a first-look pact at CBS Paramount.

Katalyst had worked with Warner Horizon to develop "True Beauty." Katalyst has three MTV projects in development among its dozen or so shows in the works. One of the MTV projects follows extreme stunt veterans who challenge amateurs who try to out-do the pros with their versions of the original stunts.

Warner Horizon is part of the Warner Bros. Television Group
