On Monday morning, June 14, 2010, Perez Hilton posted a picture on his Twitter account of Miley Cyrus. In the picture Cyrus, 17, was seen exiting a car. Her dress was hiked up, and the picture taken of her frontside, revealed that she was not wearing any underwear, CBSNews reports.
According to the report, "For [Perez’s] two million plus followers to see, the celebrity blogger posted the picture with the following introduction, ‘If you are easily offended, do NOT click here. Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!’ But it’s the celebrity blogger that might need a warning. Cyrus is underage. Police might consider her naked image child pornography."
Perez later took down the photo.
Being naked in public is not child pornography, it is bad parenting.
Billy Ray has whored his daughter up to make a buck and he should be charged with child endangerment.
I say throw Billy Ray and Perez in a cell and let them fight it out.
Too far for people of dignity, yes. For Perez, no. He gives blogging a bad name. I hope this is the beginning of the end of him.
No, Perez didn’t go too far. Miley Cyrus went out without any underwear on knowing there’d be swarms of people around taking pictures, and that this had happened to many other female “celebrities.” Maybe next time she’ll use some sense.
