HBO has filled a key role for its upcoming series "Cinema Verite," which is based upon one of the most popular PBS series of all time.
The HBO series is about the 1970s PBS documentary "An American Family." To play the key role of Lance Loud, the most flamboyent family member in the original series, HBO has cast Thomas Dekker, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
According to the article, "Dekker most recently starred on the big screen in ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street.’ He starred as John Connor on the Fox series ‘Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.’
