NBC’s ‘America’s Got Talent’ Tops Wednesday Nielsens

"America’s Got Talent" was the highest-rated network program Wednesday night, according to TVbytheNumbers.com.

At 8 p.m., Fox’s "So You Think You Can Dance" scored 2.2 and 2.4 ratings for the first and second half-hour, respectively, in the 18-49 demographic, going up against only reruns.

At 9 p.m., "America’s Got Talent" garnered 3.1 and 3.6 ratings in the demo, while the second hour of "So You Think You Can Dance" increased to 2.6 and 2.8.

At 10 p.m., even facing only reruns, Jimmy Kimmel’s "Twilight" special on ABC finished in third place with an average 1.2 in the 18-49 demo for the hour.
