Popeater’s Rob Shuter Developing Pilot for Cable Named After Column, ‘Naughty but Nice’

Popeater’s Rob Shuter is developing a television pilot for cable that’s named after his column on the AOL site, "Naughty but Nice," reports the New York Post.

The half-hour show, which would likely be on HDNet, is aiming to combine the styles of "Chelsea Lately" and "The Wendy Williams Show," with Shuter talking about tabloid news in front of a live audience, the article says. He’ll also interview celebrity guests. The program reportedly will feature a theme song written by Barry Manilow and Bruce Sussman
