‘Prison Break’ Creators Receive Order for New Series ‘Breakout Kings’ from A&E

"Prison Break" creators Matt Olmstead and Nick Santora have received a series order for their new show "Breakout Kings" from A&E, reports the Los Angeles Times’ ShowTracker blog.

The show will start production in Toronto in the fall and begin airing in 2011, the article says. The drama tracks an unorthodox collaboration between a group of convicts and the U.S. Marshal’s office, working together to capture fugitives.

The cast includes Laz Alonso of "Avatar" and Domenick Lombardozzi of “The Wire," the story says.
