The independent Salt Lake City station of KJZZ-TV has scrapped its newscasts, reports B&C.

KJZZ, whose 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. newscasts were produced by KUTV, didn’t return calls, nor did KUTV. The station’s Website says that "Scrubs" now has a double run at 9 p.m., while a show called "Better Utah" airs at 9 a.m. The station, owned by Larry H. Miller, was a MyNetworkTV affiliate until about two years ago.
