USA Network Orders Couples Therapy for Two Male Partners

Jun 9, 2010  •  Post A Comment

Characters are welcomed on USA Network and the newest project to be greenlighted is a character-driven cop drama called "Common Law" about two partners who have a problem — each other.

The premise of the buddy cop pilot is that Wes Mitchell and Travis Marks are longtime LAPD partners who are having such trouble working together that they’re sent to couples therapy by the captain.

Film director Jon Turtletaub will executive produce, joining writers/executive producers Cormac & Marianne Wibberley. Those people were also behind the "National Treasure" feature films.
