Debmar-Mercury has secured the domestic distribution rights for Fox’s hit reality show "Hell’s Kitchen.”

The Gordon Ramsay cooking competition program, an ITV Studios production, has been a solid ratings draw. It will start its eighth season on Fox on Sept. 22 with a two-hour premiere at 8 p.m. ET.

The deal marks the third collaboration this year between Debmar-Mercury and ITV Studios. The two companies are developing a syndicated talk panel show called "The Chefs" and a new U.S. first-run version of "The Jeremy Kyle Show," a successful British daytime talk show.
