Spacey Cashes In on HBO Connection, Gets Deal to Develop Latest Project

Kevin Spacey, through his and Dana Brunetti’s Trigger Street Prods., is taking his cult-leader drama "The Crux" to HBO in a first-look deal, reports Nellie Andreeva at Deadline.com.

There isn’t a pilot order, the story adds. The project was shopped at other cable networks two months ago and drew interest from HBO, Showtime, Starz and FX, the article says.

Spacey’s ties to HBO–he starred in and earned an Emmy nomination for the 2008 HBO movie "Recount"–helped sway the project to the pay-cable network.

  1. I love the way you write and also the theme on your blog. Did you code this yourself or was it done by a professional? I’m very very impressed.
