ABC Orders More Scripts for Two Shows; CW Wants More ‘Life Unexpected’

ABC has ordered four additional scripts apiece for two of its shows, reports EW.com’s The Ausiello Files.

Meanwhile, “Life Unexpected" has received an order for two additional scripts from CW, after the second-year drama hit a season high in total viewers of 1.7 million this week, the story says.

ABC wants four more episodes each from “No Ordinary Family” and “Brothers & Sisters.”

CW’s "Life Unexpected," about a girl who grew up in foster care who searches for and finds her birth parents, had an initial order of 13 episodes, the story notes.

  1. No Ordinary Family is a very interesting show, and I’m glad there are going to be more episodes this season. Who would have thought that Chicklis would reprise his Fantastic 4 role, only without the latex? He’s great in this show, as are the rest of the cast.
