Hallmark Original Movie Taps Classic TV Series Mom for ‘Randall Reunion Races’

Hallmark Channel has tapped an actress who played the mother on a classic TV series to appear in an original movie called "Randall Reunion Races," reports The Hollywood Reporter

Marion Ross, who played mom Marion Cunningham on the vintage television series "Happy Days," will be joined by McKenna Jones, Kayla Ewell, Thad Luckinbill and Roma Downey in the movie about a Los Angeles children’s fashion designer, played by Ewell, who meets her fiance’s family during its reunion weekend. Her character has to compete against his family members, played by Ross and Downey, and his ex-girlfriend, played by Jones, in athletic games, the story notes. The movie will air next year.
