With the new TV season about six weeks old, figures from Nielsen show a clear trend, TVbytheNumbers.com reports. Nine of the top 10 shows–in fact, all of the top nine shows–are NFL games.

The only non-football broadcast to crack the top 10 is ABC’s "Dancing With the Stars." And even that only managed to make No. 10 on the list.

No. 1 on the list was the Fox’s Sept. 12 NFL contest between the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles. On that night, 28 million total viewers watched. Football broadcasts on Fox, NBC and CBS make up the top nine.

The Sept. 27 episode of “Dancing With the Stars” registered 21.3 million viewers to place 10th.
