Charlie Sheen has filed a lawsuit against Capri Anderson, the woman who was with him the night he ended up in the hospital after freaking out at the Plaza Hotel, claiming she tried to extort him, reports TMZ.com.
Filed in the L.A. County Superior Court, the lawsuit claims that Anderson demanded "at least One Million Dollars" and if she didn’t get the money, threatened to go to prosecutors in Colorado to get Sheen’s probation violated, the story says. The suit alleges that Anderson threatened to "embarrass him and attempt to damage his career by going to the media with her false tale." The suit , filed by attorney Marty Singer, also accuses Capri of stealing Sheen’s $165,000 Patek Phillippe watch.
As previously reported, Anderson’s lawyer said Anderson plans to make a criminal complaint against Sheen about the incident at the Plaza Hotel.
