MSNBC Suspends Another On-Air Personality for Political Contributions

Nov 19, 2010  •  Post A Comment

First, MSNBC suspended Keith Olbermann (for two days) for political donations, and now the network has suspended another high-profile on-air personality for the same infraction, Deadline.com reports.

This time it’s Joe Scarborough, the host of "Morning Joe," according to the story. Politico is reporting that Scarborough will be suspended for two days, unpaid, for eight contributions he made to political campaigns.

Scarborough was contrite about the situation, saying, "I apologize to MSNBC and to anyone who has been negatively affected by my actions.”
