Fox announced that it has renewed one of its “animation domination” staples through the he 2012-2013 TV season, TV.com reports.

The order will bring the Seth MacFarlane series “American Dad” to its seventh season as part of the Sunday comedy block for Fox, assuming the network doesn’t break up that successful lineup.
