Daytona 500 Grabs Eyeballs

Fox’s Sunday afternoon broadcast of the Daytona 500, NASCAR’s first major race of the year, was the most watched NASCAR event in three years, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

An average of 15.6 million total viewers tuned in, a 17% increase over last year’s race. Fox’s release said more than 30 million viewers watched some portion of the race.
