Bonnie Hoxie, the former Walt Disney Co. executive assistant who pleaded guilty last fall to conspiring to sell confidential information, was sentenced on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011,  the Los Angeles Times’ Company Town blog reports.

Hoxie was sentenced to four months of home confinement. She had gained the information through her job as an assistant to Disney’s head of corporate communications, Zenia Mucha, the story notes.

She shared data such as advance details of Disney’s second-quarter earnings with her boyfriend, Yonni Sebbag, with the intention of selling it to outside investors ahead of the earnings release, the story notes.

Sebbag was sentenced in January to 27 months in prison, while Hoxie will serve three years of probation and perform 100 hours of community service after her home confinement, it says.
