A 43 year-old-man attending a showing of "The Black Swan" in Latvia was shot and killed on Saturday after asking "a particularly loud popcorn-munching member of the audience to keep it down," the New York Daily News reports.

According to the story, the shooter was a 27-year old "[i]dentified as ‘a graduate of the police academy who holds a doctorate in law from the University of Latvia,’ [who] was then reportedly ‘overpowered by other audience members until cops arrived.’ "
