A former "Saturday Night Live" regular has been chosen to take over the hosting duties on GSN’s "High Stakes Poker," replacing actor Gabe Kaplan, reports ESPN.com.
The gig is going to ex-“SNL” star Norm MacDonald.
Kaplan, best known for playing the title role in “Welcome Back, Kotter,” is an experienced poker player and was the show’s anchor for six seasons. MacDonald is also well-known in poker circles.
The new season premieres Saturday, Feb. 26, at 8 p.m. ET on GSN.
