After failing to reach a retransmission consent deal as of midnight, LIN Media’s more than two dozen television stations have gone dark for Dish customers, reports B&C.

Dish called LIN "greedy" in a statement, while LIN Chief Executive Vincent L. Sadusky said the company wants only "what is fair for our local stations," the story notes. Both companies indicated that they are open to further negotiations to work out a deal.

According to the story, the stations are KRQE and KASA, Albuquerque; KXAN and KNVA, Austin; WIVB and WNLO, Buffalo; WWHO, Columbus; WDTN and WBDT, Dayton; WANE, Fort Wayne; WOOD and WOTV, Grand Rapids; WLUK, Green Bay; WISH and WNDY, Indianapolis; WLFI, Lafayette; WALA and WFNA, Mobile; WTNH and WCTX, New Haven; WAVY and WVBT, Norfolk; WPRI and WNAC, Providence; and WWLP, Springfield, Mass.
