Don Johnson is getting an Emmy-winner as his co-star for his NBC pilot "A Mann’s World," Deadline.com reports.

Marking her first television series role, Ellen Barkin is set to co-star in the pilot.

As TVWeek previously reported, the NBC pilot will feature Johnson as Allan Mann, a straight hairdresser in his 50s who is trying to stay sober while dealing with a business focused on the youth culture.

Barkin will play Mann’s ex-wife and the mother of their three children who helped him build his hairdressing empire before migrating away from the day-to-day operations, the story says, adding that Barkin has appeared on several TV movies, winning an Emmy for 1997’s "When Women Had Wings."
