Some new names have surfaced in CW’s seach for a new entertainment chief, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

According to the story, names that are being considered are Warner Horizon’s Craig Erwich, ABC Family’s Kate Juergens and former Lifetime chief Susanne Daniels, the article notes. The piece adds that former NBC executive Jeff Gaspin, although his name has been mentioned, isn’t a candidate.

One fo the frontrunners still appears to be former Lifetime chief Andrea Wong, along with JoAnn Alfano, who stepped down as as chief of development at Lifetime this month, the article says, adding that Alfano has some reservations about the job.

The story notes that one issue for Wong, who used to be Alfano’s boss, is that she may be looking for a more high-profile job.

The article also says about Wong and Alfano, "Both names have been bandied about for the E! chief position left open by Ted Harbert’s move to New York as well, as has internal candidate Lisa Berger, the net’s executive vp for entertainment programming. (Neither Alfano nor Wong responded to requests for comment.)"
