Judge Jackie Glass, who presided over the most recent O.J. Simpson trial, will replace Nancy Grace on CBS Television Distribution’s "Swift Justice," reports B&C.
Grace will continue with her show on CNN’s HLN and remain based in Atlanta, while "Swift Justice" is moving production to Los Angeles, the story notes.
Glass is based in Las Vegas and has been a district court judge in Clark County, Nev., since 2003. Before she was elected a judge, she worked for 18 years as a lawyer in private practice. She is best known for presiding over the 2008 case in which Simpson was sent to jail for his role in an armed robbery in a Las Vegas hotel.
"Swift Justice" is ending its first year in syndication and this month was nominated for a Daytime Emmy, the piece notes.
