The executive shuffle continues at NBCUniversal following the Comcast takeover a few months ago. In the latest move, Jeff Ingold is leaving the company, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Replacing him as executive vice president of comedy programming for NBC is Tal Rabinowitz, the story reports.
Rabinowitz was previously at Sony Pictures Television, as senior VP of comedy development and digital programming.
NBC Entertainment President Bob Greenblatt made the announcement today. “In working closely with Tal over the past few years, I found her to be one of the smartest, brightest comedy executives in the business, who is also universally embraced by writers, producers, agents, and talent,” he said in a statement. “She is exactly the kind of creative executive to guide our comedy development as we plot the future of NBC.”
