Before TNT’s alien-invasion show "Falling Skies" has even debuted, the network is looking forward to a possible second season, reports Deadline.com.

The show, executive produced by Steven Spielberg and starring Noah Wyle, doesn’t debut until June 19, the story says.

TNT and producer DreamWorks TV have already hired "Caprica" co-creator Remi Aubuchon as executive producer and showrunner with the task of hiring a writing staff to gear up for a second season, the story says.

TNT will wait until the debut of "Falling Skies" until it makes a decision on renewing the program, but it’s considered likely.
