Donald Trump defended himself against claims that the potential presidential candidate is racist, saying on Fox News’ "Fox and Friends" that he’s "the least racist person there is," reports the Los Angeles Times’ Show Tracker blog.

Trump cited his NBC show "Celebrity Apprentice" as proof that he’s not racist, noting that Randal Pinkett won an installment of "The Apprentice,” the article says. Pinkett, who won in 2005, was the first African American to win on the show.

"In fact, Randal Pinkett won, as you know, on ‘The Apprentice’ a little while ago, a couple of years ago," Trump said. "And Randal’s been outstanding in every way. So I am the least racist person."
