One of the stars of a hit USA Network drama was arrested early Tuesday in Los Angeles on suspicion of child neglect, TMZ.com reported.
Actress Nichole Hiltz, who plays Brandi on "In Plain Sight," was booked after police officers arrived at her West Hollywood apartment to investigate a call about a disturbance. Hiltz was later released, and her lawyer characterized the incident as a “misunderstanding.”
Her young child was taken into protective custody.
"It was an unfortunate misunderstanding. No charges have been filed and absolutely no harm was done to the child," Hiltz’s attorney told the website.
So basically this is another in a series of non stories from TMZ. Why are we reading about this nonsense here? Increasingly this is becoming a gossip rag, come on guys you are better than this and the tv stars deserve better from you too than repeating a non story.
