USA Network has tapped one of the co-stars of ABC’s "Better Than You" for a lead role in a new pilot, reports Deadline.com.

Jennifer Finnigan, a co-star on "Better Than You" last season, will play the female lead in the Las Vegas-based pilot "Wild Card," the story reports.

Finnigan will play Eliza Evans, a lawyer, opposite Ben Lawson’s Will Garratt, also an attorney. Her casting lifts the contingency on the project, and the pilot, produced by Fox TV Studios, joins USA’s other pilots, "Over/Under," "Common Law" and "Eden.”
