Comedy Central has announced the renewal of its highest-rated show, and it’s not the show that many viewers might think.
The cable channel’s top show is NOT the high-profile “Daily Show With Jon Stewart,” but the lower-profile–and higher-rated–“Tosh.0,” reports EW.com’s Inside TV blog. The show has been picked up for a fourth season.
The program is the cable network’s most watched show and its highest rated among adults 18 to 49 years old. "Tosh.0,” which stars comedian Daniel Tosh, will return for 26 episodes in 2012, down from the 30 episodes aired this year, the piece notes.
