Fox announced that it will present two-hour episodes on back-to-back nights to launch Simon Cowell’s new musical competition show "The X Factor," reports Deadline.com. ‘X Factor’ will premiere Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 21 and 22.

Fox’s Steven Spielberg-produced sci-fi series "Terra Nova" will have a two-hour premiere on Monday, Sept. 26.

Most of the other new Fox programs are scheduled to debut the week of Sept. 19, except for "I Hate My Teenage Daughter," which is slated for Nov. 23. The return of "Bones" will also be saved for November.
