An anchor on CNBC has decided to leave the network to create her own production company, reports TVNewser.com

Nicole Lapin, the anchor of CNBC’s "Worldwide Exchange," will form a company under the banner Nothing But Gold, the story says. Lapin’s new enterprise will provide content about Wall Street, money, finance and business for a Main Street consumer.

Lapin is also working on a book, "Decoding The Wall Street Journal," which she said on Tumblr is "the first in my book series that tackles and decodes intimidating money-related topics."
