Ethan Hawke is making another run at series television after his Fox pilot "Exit Strategy" failed to get a series order in May, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
This time Hawke is reportedly working on a cop drama, “Blue Tilt,” that would star himself and Vincent D’Onofrio. They would play homicide detectives with different domestic situations: one is divorced and the other is married with kids, the story says.
The project is being developed by NBC and its Universal Television unit, with writer-producer Chris Brancato also working on the show, the story says. The project is a reunion for former "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" writer Brancato and star D’Onofrio, the piece points out.
