Fox is bringing "24" star Kiefer Sutherland back to television with an order for a new drama series, reports the Los Angeles Times’ Show Tracker blog.
The network has ordered 13 episodes of "Touch," from "Heroes" creator Tim Kring, the story reports. Sutherland will star as Martin Bohm, the father to a mute 11-year-old boy who has the ability to see patterns in seemingly unconnected events, the story says. Martin’s role is to find meaning in it.
"Touch" is reportedly set to air in the spring.
Sutherland ended his eight-year run on Fox’s “24” in 2010.
